水轮机性能预测及运行优化分析

摘要 水文和环境条件发生较明显变化时,不仅会导致水力发电机组的效率降低,同时也会影响到水电机组的安全稳定运行。为此,采用CFD方法模拟现有机组效率,并与实测数据做比较,在验证CFD方法可靠性的基础上,对现有机组运行工况进行优化,预估其效率等特性,这不仅对电站安全经济运行具有重要意义,同时为电站技术改造提供了参考数据。 The obvious change in hydrology and environmental conditions will lead to not only decrease the efficiency of hydrau- lic power sets but also affect the safe and stable operation of hydraulic power sets. Therefore, applying DFD method to simulate the efficiency of existing sets, comparing with observed data, to optimize the operation of current sets by verifying the reliability of CFD method to predict the efficiency, not only important for the safe, economic operation of hydropower station, meanwhile, providing reference data for technological improvement on hydropower station.
