摘要
尽量使镀液比例保持平衡,防止镀液中主盐的质量浓度波动过大,是镀液维护工作的重要内容之一。根据理论计算和实际生产得出:在碱性无氰镀锌溶液中,需要保证阳极总面积是阴极镀件总面积的2倍;需要使用不溶性阳极铁板代替部分锌板;锌板面积约为铁板面积的2倍。这样可以保持镀液中Zn2+和NaOH基本恒定。
One of the important bath maintenance jobs is to keep bath ratio in balance as far as possible to prevent excessive mass concentration fluctuation of the main salt in the bath. The theoretical calculation and practical production show that in alkaline non-cyanide zinc plating solution, the total area of anode must be 2 times that of the cathode plating parts; an insoluble anode iron plate is required to replace part of zinc plate; the area of the zinc plate is about 2 times that of the iron plate. Thus, Zn^2+ and NaOH in the bath can be kept almost constant.
