摘要 不锈钢化学着色老化液的污染严重,制约着彩色不锈钢的大规模生产与应用。针对不锈钢化学着色老化液难以处理这一技术难题,首次提出了一种新的处理方法——蒸发分离-电化学氧化法。通过实验研究,对工艺进行了优化。结果表明:采用蒸发分离-电化学氧化法处理不锈钢化学着色老化液,可实现铬的循环利用和其他离子的回收利用,达到了零排放,既节约了资源,又降低了成本。 The mass production and application of color stainless steel are restricted by sever pollution of deteriorated stainless steel chemical coloring liquid which is difficult to treat. In order to solve this challenging technical problem, a new treating method--evaporating separation electrochemical oxidation is proposed for the first time. The process was optimized through experiments. The results show that treatment of deteriorated stainless steel chemical coloring liquid by evaporating separationelectrochemical oxidation can recycle chromium and other ions, achieving zero discharge, which not only saves resources but also reduces the cost.
