摘要
目的:探讨中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的护理特点及方法。方法:对48例溃疡性结肠炎患者采用药物保留灌肠的同时进行心理护理、饮食护理、灌肠护理等综合护理。结果:48例患者中显效32例,有效13例、无效3例,总有效率为93.75%。结论:中西医保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果较好,全方位的护理对于提高疗效至关重要,值得临床推广。
Objective： To explore the nursing characteristics and method of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in treat- ment of ulcerative colitis. Methods ： 48 cases of the patients with ulcerative colitis by Retention Enema of psychological nursing, diet nursing, nursing care enema. Results： in 48 cases, effective in 32 cases, effective 13 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total effective rate was 93. 75%. Conclusion： Chinese and Western Medicine Retention Enema in treatment of ulcerative colitis is better, a full range of nursing to improve efficacy is essential, is worth the clinical promotion.
