摘要
护理专业学生(以下简称护生)是我国未来护理事业的接班人,如何做好在校护生的人文素质教育是当前护理研究工作的重点。本文通过对我国目前护理专业人文素质教育现状的回顾,分析高职护生人文关怀和素质教育存在的问题,并总结改进高校人文素质教育的措施,期待借此呼吁加强高职护生人文素质教育,提高我国护生综合素质水平,提高护理服务水平。
Nursing students are the successors of our China＇s nursing care in the future, so how to cultivate the nursing students＇ humanistic quality education which are in the school is the key to the current nursing work. This paper reviews the present situation of nursing humanities quality education in our country, analyzes the problems existing in the quality education in the higher vocational nursing students humanistic care, and summarizes the measures of improving humanism quality education in colleges and universities, which to call for strengthening higher vocational nursing students＇ humanistic quality education, improving the comprehensive quality of nursing students and the level of nursing service.
