摘要
股骨假体周围骨折是髋关节置换术后的严重并发症,也是骨科医师面临的难题之一。Vancouver分型是目前应用广泛的股骨假体周围骨折分型方法,其中B1型最为常见,治疗较为困难,其主要的内固定治疗方式包括捆绑环扎固定、钢板钢缆固定、钢板螺钉固定、异体皮质骨板固定、记忆合金环抱器固定等。该文就Vancouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折内固定治疗的研究进展作一综述。
Being a serious complication after hip arthroplasty, periprosthetic femoral fxactures （PFF） is one of the difficult proplems faced by orthopedic surgeons. Vancouver classification is the most commonly used and widely accepted method, where B1 is the most common and is more difficult to treat. Its major treatment include bundled cerclage fixation, plate-cable fixation, plate-screw fixation, cortical strut allograft fixation, shape-memory arm-encircling fixator fixation and so on. A review about the treatment of Vancouver B1 PFF was summerized mainly in this paper.
