浅谈空腹血糖与生化指标的关系

Fasting blood-glucose and its biochemical factors relationship

为探讨Ⅱ-型糖尿病患者空腹血糖与胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)和血清总胆固醇四项指标的关联程度。方法:对河北省石家庄市裕华区社区居民30岁以上27名诊断为二型糖尿病的患者建立线性回归模型,分析每一个单因素变量对患者血糖波动的影响。结论:空腹血糖与血清胰岛素、空腹状态下甘油三脂以及糖化血红蛋白有回归关系,与胰岛素呈负相关。并且可以看出,糖化血红蛋白对空腹血糖的影响最大。讨论:通过对空腹血糖影响因素的认识,作为社区医生,为方便社区居民,应该侧重某一生化指标进行检测并起到预防疾病,早发现早治疗的作用,避免糖尿病患者并发症的发生。

To analyze the relationship between the Fasting blood-glucose and total cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting insulin, glycosylated hemoglobin in diabetes patient. Method： twenty seven diabetes patient were slected in Hebei province shijiazhuang city Yuhua district to established linear regression modal. Each factors impact on the alteration of Fasting blood-glucose was studied carefully. The insulin was inversely with the patient, s Fasting blood-glucose, the high level of glycosylated hemoglobin was strongly indicate the Fasting blood-glucose in diabet patients. Discussion： As a community doctor, it is important to find a effective biochemistry marker to accurately reveal disease changes in diabet patient so that we could detect complications earlier even protecting people from diabet.
