摘要 针对目前市场上动平衡检测系统功能复杂;价格昂贵的缺点,提出了基于单片机的动平衡检测系统的设计方案;系统以C8051F020单片机为核心,设计了振动信号和光电信号调理电路,在对振动信号幅值和相位的求解算法及相位补偿进行了分析的基础上设计了检测软件,除此之外还对系统的标定流程﹑不平衡量求解和与PLC通讯过程进行了介绍;实验结果表明,该系统能够准确的测量转子不平衡量,检测精度达到了30mg左右,而且成本低,工作稳定能够满足中小型转子生产企业的应用需求。 Aimed at the shortages of dynamic balance measuring system currently on the market, which is of Functional complexity and high cost, the design of dynamic balance measuring system based on SCM is presented. With C8051F020 as the core, vibration signal and optical signal conditioning circuit are designed and based on analyses of the algorithm of solving the amplitude and phase of vibration signal and phase compensation measuring software is designed, in addition the process of system calibration, unbalance solving and communication with PLC are also introduced. Experiments show that the system can measure the unbalance of the rotor accurately and the measuring accuracy reaches about 30 milligram. Besides the system is low--cost and stable and It can meet the application needs of small and medium rotor enterprise.
