摘要
随着人口逐步老龄化,养老机构的工作人员夜间看护压力日益加大,迫切需要一种睡眠监控系统辅助工作人员夜间巡房看护;设计了一种新型的基于压力传感器、ARM微控制器和ZIGBEE无线网络技术的非接触式睡眠监测系统;该系统实时监测睡眠中各种动作产生的压力信号,并通过ZIGBEE无线网络传输到监测控制中心,便于养老院等看护机构及时发现异常并实施救护;实验结果表明,该系统结构简单,性能稳定,可准确监测睡眠状态。
With the aging population, the pressure of nursing staffs working at night is greater. Using sleep monitoring system to assist nursing staffs patrolling and caring is significant . A novel non--contact sleep monitoring system is designed , which based on pressure sensors, ARM mierocontrollers and ZigBee wireless network. The system monitor the pressure signal generated by sleeper's actions , and transmit the data to the monitor and control center via ZigBee wireless networks, that help the nursing homes and care facilities to detect anomalies and implement ambulance. The experimental results show that the proposed system is simple, stable and reliable, is suitable for wide range of real--time sleep monitoring.
