水力机组电机移位故障信号智能诊断系统设计

摘要 风轮叶片不平衡、联轴器不对称、齿轮故障及轴承故障的频率特征不同,根据这一特性,设计一种大功率水力机组电机故障信号硬件采集系统,设计AMPCI-9102解决信号采集问题,运用电荷放大器对预定信号进行合理放大,分别设计振动传感器、加速传感器、位移传感器进行异常信号的有效捕获,软件设计采用Hilbert变换技术,对模块高频故障信号进行推理,运用经验模式分解筛选方法推断可能的故障特征,排除干扰;实验结果表明,该方法能为水力机组故障诊断提供准确和可靠的决策依据。 rotor blade imbalance, coupling wrong, gear fault and bearing fault frequency characteristics are different, according to this characteristic, the design of a high power hydraulic machine Lord motor fault signal hardware acquisition system, the design AMPCI-9102 to resolve problems signal acquisition, using a charge amplifier to carry on the reasonable reserve signal amplification, respectively design vibration sensor, speed sensor, displacement sensor for abnormal signal effectively capture, software design USES Hilbert transform technique, the module high frequency fault signal reasoning, using empirical mode decomposition screening method may infer the failure characteristics, eliminate interference. The experimental results show that this method can hydraulic unit fault diagnosis to provide accurate and reliable decision basis.
