摘要
设计了一种用于进行激光光束校准的四象限光电探测器数据采集系统。在硬件设计中,采用高速的模数转换芯片ADS7864对信号进行采样;同时,使用高速数据处理器TMS320F2812进行数据处理,保证了数据采样精度和数据处理的速度。计算机显示界面程序采用NI公司的图形化编程软件labVIEW编写,用户显示界面信息丰富而且美观。通过使用四象限探测器对长波红外激光的采样实验,可以看出在四象限探测器上照射的红外激光位置与在labview界面上显示的光斑位置一致。实验表明,本数据采集系统具有结构简单、数据采集精度高、数据读取方便、人机界面友好等特点,可以满足对激光光束校准的要求。
A data acquisition system based on the four--quadrant photodetector used to adjust the beam of laser is designed in the paper. The design realizes four signal sampling of the four- quadrant photodetector with the ADS7864 chip, and data processing with TMS320F2812 chip, which can insure the sampling precision and the processing speed. PC application is programmed employing LabVIEW, the display graphics are friendly with abundant information. The result proved that the system has advantages: simple structure, high sampiing precision, easy reading and writing. The system perfectly satisfied to adjust the beam of laser.
