摘要
泉州茶文化历史源头可追溯到晋末。宋元时期,饮茶之风盛行于官府、士族、寺院、民间,茶产业得到初步发展。明代中后期茶树无性繁殖法的发明,使得茶叶产量徒增,茶产业开始进入商品化时代。清代以来,茶树长穗扦插繁殖法的采用,使得茶叶产量高、质量优,茶产业得到兴盛繁荣。
The source of Quanzhou' s tea culture can trace back to late Jin Dynasty. In Song and Yuan Dynasties, tea drinking customs were prevailing in the feudal governments, intelligentsia, temples, folk, and tea industry had initial development. In the mid and final period of the Ming Dynasty, the invention of vegeta- tive propagation technique greatly increased the yield of tea, and tea industry began to enter a commercializa- tion era. "Tea long head cutting breed" had enhanced both quantity and quality since Qing Dynasty, and tea industry prospered.
