泉商精神与泉州民企的“二次创业”

泉州市在弘扬泉商精神的工作中存在宣传工作不够专业和深入,传承工作没有全面铺开,引导泉商企业将爱拼敢赢精神融入到企业文化建设的实效性不足等问题。指出泉商必须树立全新的创业理念,从非理性的冒险犯禁本真意识向理性的爱拼敢赢商业精神转化;重视管理体制创新,同时推动家族资本与社会资本的进一步联合;推动爱拼敢赢精神的内化,将之融入泉商企业的经营管理理念。

There exist many deficiencies in promoting the Quanzhou Merchants Spirit, namely, the un- professional and superficial publicity, reservations about efforts to pass down legacy and the inadequate effec- tiveness of integrating the aggressive spirit into the cultivation of enterprise culture. This paper points out that Quanzhou merchants should set up a novel conception when establishing an undertaking and accomplish the transformation from irrational risky violation into rational aggressiveness, that they also need to pay attention to the management innovation and promote the union of family capital and social capital, and that the aggressive spirit should be internalized and then integrated into the management principle of Quanzhou enterprises.
