Introducing health administration system and the characteristic of medical insurance system in USA, this article set forth the administration of medical organization, medical expenditure and medical staff. Furthermore, by analyzing the marked difference of health administration system between in china and in USA, the author pointed out some experiences that we would use for reference in health reform.
