惠州市自2009年起将新农合管理划归人社部门,通过制度整合、职能整合、流程整合,实现了制度统一,管理统一,经办统一,效率和医保待遇水平得到提升。
The management of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System was transferred to Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in 2009 in HuiZhou city. Since then, the work efficiency and medical treatment level has been improved through the integration of system, function and process, which realized the unity of system,unified management and unified agenting.
