厦门市三级医疗机构药品管理现状及对策

The Status quo and Counter measures of Pharmaceutical Administration of the Three Grade Medical Institutions in Xiamen

2009-2011年度门诊及住院费用数据的分析发现,三级定点医疗机构的药品费用控制总体较好,但仍存在门诊药占比偏高,消化系统用药、免疫调节剂、营养治疗药物使用不合理,基药占比偏低等问题。为进一步提升医保基金保障绩效,可采取引入药物经济学评价方法,专题分析,组建处方点评专家组,利用信息化手段干预管理及辅助管理,及时向社会公开信息等改进办法。

The cost data of outpatient and inpatient from 2009 to 2011 shows that the cost control of the third grade hospital is good in general. However there are still some proplems, such as higher proportion of drugs in outpatient, in addition to irrational use of the digestive system drugs, immuneomodulators and nutritional therapy.To improve the performance of medical insurance fund, we can introduce the pharmacoeconomic evaluation and project analysis, form a prescription review panel, intervene in the management using informatization technology, and make information public.
