摘要
我国从 1 996年以来连续七次下调了银行利率 ,但却并未完全达到预期的效果。文章认真分析了影响利率下调的诸多因素和利率下调的实际作用 ,以期找出问题的症结 ;同时提出了完善利率调控机制在策略取向上的意见。
Since 7 times decline of the intrest rate in China,China do not get the anticipated effect.The article analyze the factors which affect the intrest rate decline and the practical usage,so that we can find the key of the question,at the same time,the article point out the strategy which improve the intrest rate management mechanism.
