摘要
2012年2月,第二军医大学附属长海医院(下称“长海医院”)正式托管海宁市人民医院,这是国内少有的军队医院托管地方公立医院的案例。在海宁市人民医院独立法人地位不变、行政隶属关系不变、公益性质不变、现有职工隶属关系不变的情况下,长海医院委派我带着管理团队和技术团队,进驻海宁市人民医院。
Development of health service system is the constant theme for healthcare facilities,but most primary hospital CEOs face a difficult and challenging choice:to focus some key clinical disciplines and introduce high-end technologies in order to transform the hospitals into large specialist yet small general hospitals and try to reach Three-A hospitals, or to balance the development of various clinical disciplines and become the comprehensive hospitals to treat common diseases and prevalent diseases.The key is to find the right position.
