摘要
[目的]探讨不同光质对迷迭香愈伤组织生长的影响。[方法]通过对迷迭香愈伤组织进行增殖培养,获取大量的供试材料,分别于红光、蓝光、白光、绿光、黄光和黑暗6种不同光质下培养,观察愈伤组织生长状况。[结果]试验表明,不同光质对迷迭香愈伤组织生长影响不同。以黑暗培养作为对照,红光和蓝光对迷迭香愈伤组织生长有促进作用,且红光的促进作用最明显;而白光、黄光和绿光对愈伤组织生长有抑制作用。[结论]不同光质对迷迭香愈伤组织生长的影响不同。
[objective] The aim of this study was to explore different light environment Rosmarinus officinalis callus growth. [method] Experiment on Rosmarinus officinalis callus multiplication culture were used to obtain large amounts of material, respectively, in red, blue, white, green, yellow and dark under six different light quality cuhivation, to observe callus growth. [result] The results showed that the different light environment growth had different impac, t, the red light and blue light of Rosmarinus officinalis callus growth had a promoting effect, and the white light, yellow light and green light had inhibitory effect on callus growth. Among them, the red light of the most obvious. [conelusion] Different light environment Rosmarinus ofti＇cinalis callus growth had the influence of the differences.
