沈阳市农产品质量安全监测体系建设对策

Countermeasures of Constructing Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Monitoring System in Shenyang City

针对沈阳市农产品质量安全监测体系现状,指出了沈阳市农产品质量安全监测体系存在的问题,包括农产品安全监管体系相对落后、农民缺乏农产品质量意识、一线检测点设施不全及部分检测工作者责任心不强等,并从推进农产品检测体系建设、推行农产品质量安全追溯制度、提升流通领域农产品质量安全的检测能力及加强检测人员的素质教育等方面提出了加强沈阳市农产品质量安全监测体系建设的对策。

Aiming at status of agricultural products quality and safety monitoring system in Shenyang City, the existing problems of agricultural products quality and safety monitoring system in Shenyang City were pointed out, including relatively backward agricultural products safety regulatory system, lack of farmers＇ awareness of the agricultural products quality, insufficiency of facilities in first-line detection point, part detection workers who had insufficient sense of responsibility and so on. Then, the countermeasures for strengthening the quality and safety of agricultural products monitoring system in Shenyang City were put forward from following aspects, including promoting construction of agricultural testing system, implementing traceability system of agricultural products quality and safety, improving the detection capability of the quality and safety of products which in circulation, enhancing the education of the testing personnel quality and others.
