法科生行政法案例教学模式之研究

On The Case Teaching Mode of Administrative Law in China Law School

我国当下法科生行政法案例教学的厉行,既是落实卓越法律人才培养计划和基本建成法治政府国家战略的现实需要,也是提升行政法学科核心竞争力的紧迫需求。案例研究方法的兴起、案例素材的成倍增长以及法科生就业形势的倒逼,使得行政法案例教学的开展具备了相应的前提条件。行政法案例教学模式应当实现从单一化向综合性的转变,通过独立课程的设置,将行政事例与行政案例一并吸纳进来作为分析素材,并辅之多元化的分析方法和教学手段,从而提升行政法案例教学的实际效果。

The case teaching in administrative law is helpful to build the government under rule of law, ensure the quality of law students and increase the competence for research. Now, we have some favorable conditions to spread the case teaching in administrative law, which includes the rise of case research method, the increase of typical cases and the bad condition of law students. In order to improve the quality of teaching, we can build a new synthetic case teaching mode in administrative law, which includes multiple case material and teaching method.
