摘要
利用制浆备料废弃竹屑与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)生产竹塑复合材料,竹屑、塑料、助剂的比例分别为70%:25%:5%,不仅能够满足工艺条件,而且产品通过测试,其线膨胀性率变化规律均为:厚度方向>宽度方向>长度方向,产品其它指标经检测,均能满足用户在室内外的装饰装修用,可实现竹材加工企业对废弃物竹屑的变废为宝,发展循环经济。
Bamboo wastes from pulping materials were used in combination with high density Polyethylene (HDPE) to produce bamboo-plastic composite. The proportions of the bamboo waste, HDPE, and additive were 70%, 25%, and 5%, respectively. The final product met the process condition and had the following change regularity of linear expansivity: height (thickness) 〉width 〉length. Other tested indexes were all satisfactory for indoor or outdoor decoration. Thus, bamboo wastes could be changed into valuable materials for those bamboo processing enterprises to develop circular economy.
