摘要
为了澄清城市排水规划设计中对暴雨计算的一些误区,合理确定浙江省城市市政排水和城市排涝系统的规模,对"浙江省城市暴雨强度公式"和《浙江省短历时暴雨图集》作了简要介绍,并从暴雨选样、拟合曲线和参数、设计雨量等方面进行了分析比较。认为"浙江省城市暴雨强度公式"对实测暴雨资料拟合最优,对降雨地区分布考虑较少;《浙江省短历时暴雨图集》对降雨地区分布规律考虑较多,存在"均化"效应;市政排水设计标准总体上低于水利行业的排涝标准。
Based on the introduction of "Zhejiang Urban Storm Intensity Formula" and Atlas of Short Duration Storm of Zhejiang Province, the pa- per eontrastively analyzed the storm sampling, curve fitting parameters and design rainfall, to correct some errors in the planning and design of ur- ban drainage. The result shows that "Zhejiang Urban Storm Intensity Formula" fits the observed rainfall data fitting optimally, but it considers less about the distribution of rainfall areas. Atlas of Short Duration Storm of Zhejiang Province considers more about distribution of rainfall area, which causes "homogenizing" effect. The municipal drainage design standards generally are lower than the drainage standard of water conservancy sector.
