开发建设项目引起的水损失是人为的水损失,这种损失不可逆转,引发的水资源问题和生态环境问题必须引起足够的重视。为科学合理地指导开发建设项目水损失的防治工作,从水损失的概念入手,提出水损失治理的最大修复原则和水资源利用原则。开发建设项目水损失治理的措施包括减小径流、增加入渗、增加蒸发等,可采取工程措施、植物措施、耕作措施来治理水损失。

Water loss due to development and construction project implementation is caused by people. The loss is irreversible, and the water re- sources and ecological environment problems caused by it must cause enough attention. To scientifically guide water loss prevention and control work of the development and construction projects, from the concept of water loss and its relationship with water loss management, this paper put forward the maximum repair water loss management principle and the principle of water resources utilization. The water loss control measures include in- creased reduce runoff, increase rainfall infiltration and evaporation and so on. It can take engineering measures, tillage measures and plants meas- ures to govern water loss of the development and construction projects.
