摘要
针对陈四楼煤矿2513轨道巷沿煤层掘进过程中分段多次受到火成岩侵入影响的实际情况,研究火成岩侵蚀区回采巷道的快速掘进技术,通过对该条件下两种巷道掘进工艺的对比,确定了凿岩机钻孔→爆破→耙矸机装矸→胶带输送机出矸的快速掘进工艺。上述研究成果的使用实现了火成岩侵蚀区巷道的快速掘进,保证了采掘正常接替。
The segmental construction was frequently influenced by the igneous intrusion in the process of advancing along the coal seam. Aiming at this status, the quick excavation of the roadway was studied in igneous intrusion area. Based on the contrast of two kinds of driving technology, fast driving technology was determined : first, drilling boreholes by using hammer drill; second, making blasting; third ,loading waste by using scraper loader;finally, transporting out the waste by using the belt conveyor. The application of the technol-ogy has realized fast driving in igneous rock erosion area of roadway,and ensured the normal supersedure of mining.
