井底车场大跨度交岔点加固支护技术实践

摘要 察哈素煤矿井底车场1#交岔点埋深430 m,为大跨度交岔点,其结构形式为牛鼻子交岔点。起初采用锚杆加喷射混凝土支护交岔点,交岔点变形严重。经分析研究决定采用U型钢套棚+锚网喷综合支护方法加固交岔点,并进行了矿压观测。由矿压观测结果可知,该支护方法合理,支护效果良好。 The buried depth of the 1^* intersection in shaft bottom of Chahasu Coal Mine is 430 m. It belongs to the intersection with large span,and the structure is ox-nose-like intersection. At first,the intersection was supported by anchor and shotcreting, but serious deformation happened on the intersection. Therefore,a new supporting method was proposed by using U steel racking girders + anchor, wire mesh,shotcreting. Relevant pressure observation was also carried out. The results show that,this supporting method is reasonable and has gained good supporting effects.
