摘要
本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔一直存在封孔效果差的问题,通过对现有封孔技术的分析,指出封孔深度不足及无主动支护力是造成目前我国很多矿井本煤层瓦斯抽采浓度偏低的主要原因。为此,选择使用囊袋式注浆封孔技术在鹤壁中泰矿业进行本煤层瓦斯抽采试验。结果表明,该技术能有效保证封孔深度,并实现了对钻孔的主动支护,且封孔效果良好。
There always has been a problem of poor effect of hole sealing in the coal seam gas extraction drillhole project. By analysing the existing hole-sealing technology, it was proposed that the situation of insufficient seal-hole depth and no active supporting force is the main reason of low concentration in the process of coal seam gas extraction in lots of mines of our country at present time. Therefore, capsule-like grouting hole sealing technology was chosen to make test of gas drainage in the coal seam being worked in Hebi Zhongtai Mining Company. This technology can effectively guarantee the seal hole depth,can realize the active supporting of drillhole,and has a good hole sealing effect.
