产学研作为科技与经济互动发展的产物,至今已有100多年的历史了。本文针对我国工科研究生培养模式存在的一系列问题,提出了产学研合作培养工科研究生模式,并从培养目标、选拔方式、课程设置、师资队伍、工程实践、学位论文这六方面进行了详细的阐述。

As a product of the interactive development of science and technology and economy, industry-academy-research has over one hundred years＇ history. According to a series of problems existing in engineering postgraduate training model, this paper puts forward the training model of industry-academy-research cooperation, and makes an elaboration fi＇om training targets, selection methods, curriculum installation, teaching staff, engineering practices, and dissertation.
