浅谈高职高专临床微生物学检验的教学改革

On the Teaching Reform of Clinical Microorganism Laboratory in Higher Vocational Colleges

为了响应国家对于高职院校"以就业为导向,以岗位任职需求为牵引"的教学目标,为了培养学生的自主学习能力和创新思维,我们逐步尝试和不断完善"以学生为本"的教学理念,从理论和实验两方面采取了一系列的措施进行教学改革,变教师经验传授为启发引导、变被动接受为主动创新,极大地增强了学习的兴趣,提高了学习效率。

In order to respond to the teaching objectives which is job-oriented and takes the need ofposts as the guidance for higher vocational colleges, and in order to cultivate independent learning skills and innovative thinking ability, we gradually attempted to improve and perfect the ＂student-centered＂ teaching concept. A series of measures were taken for teaching reform fi＇om the aspects of theories and experiments. Changing the giving of teachers＇ experience into inspiring guidance and changing the passive acceptance into active innovation greatly enhances learning interests and improves learning efficiencies.
