本文针对当前幼儿园在园本课程开发中存在的形式化、随意化、功利化等问题进行了成因分析,并提出了管理策略:创立共同愿景,增强园本课程开发的内驱力;构建学习型组织,提高园本课程开发的质量;转变幼儿园文化,营造园本课程开发的环境。

In view of the problems of formalization, randomness and utilitarianism in the development of KBC of kinder- gartens, the paper analyzes the causes and puts forward the management strategies： creating the shared vision and enhancing the driving force of KBC development; building the learning organization and improving the quality of KBC development; transforming the kindergarten culture and creating the environment of KBC.
