摘要
经济越发展,对会计人才的需求就越多,会计专业的就业率也保持较高的水平。然而在高就业率背后,学生的就业质量和就业竞争力却在悄然变化,即就业层次不断在降低,而就业竞争力的降低长期来讲必将影响到就业率。本文从会计本科生面临的就业挑战方面分析了导致就业竞争力降低原因,根据目前高校会计人才培养中存在的主要问题,提出了高校提高会计人才就业竞争力的具体可行途径。
The more developing the economy is, the more demands for accounting talents there are, and accounting employment rate also remains high. However, behind the high employment rate, employment quality and employment competitiven- ess of students are gradually changing, which means the employment level is constantly decreasing and the decrease of em- ployment competitiveness is sure to affect the employment rate for a long term. The peper analyzes the reasons of the decrease of employment competitiveness from the chanllenges accounting undergraduates face and puts forward the specific solutions to improve the employment competitiveness of accounting talents in colleges according to the main problems in accounting talents' cultivation at present.
