On How to Create the Psychological Environment of Class Education for High School Head teachers

随着中学生心理问题逐渐上升,创设良好的班级教育心理环境显得尤为重要。笔者从高中班主任视角,分析了自身对班级教育心理环境的理解,并对当前班级教育心理环境特点做了深入剖析,最后结合自己多年从事班主任工作的经验和实践调查,提出创设良好班级教育心理环境的具体措施。

With the increasingly psychological problems in high school students, to create a good psychological environment in class education is significant. From the perspective of a high school head teacher, the author analyzes his own understanding on the psychological environment in class education and makes a profound analysis of the characteristics of the psychological environment in class education. Finally, through combining years of experience of the work of the head teacher and practical surveys, the author puts forward the specific measures on creating a good psychological environment of class education.
