初中生自我控制与吸烟行为的关系研究

Study on the Relation between Self-control and Smoking Behavior of Middle School Students

青少年吸烟问题逐渐受到政府和教育部门的密切关注,多项调查研究也表明我国初中生吸烟问题越来越严重。本研究致力于从初中生自身特点——自我控制方面入手,来考察初中生自我控制与其吸烟行为的关系。研究结果表明:(1)初中生男生自我控制三个因子得分皆显著低于女生;(2)初中生自我控制对其吸烟行为有负性影响。(3)行为自控可以预测吸烟行为。

Youth smoking is a common social problem that attracts close attention of the government and the education de- partment. Many investigations also show that the smoking problem among junior middle school students in China is beco- ming more and more serious. This study is devoted to the students＇ own characteristics--self control, to study the relation be- tween self-control and smoking behavior of middle school students. The results show that： firstly, three factors＇ scores of boys were significantly lower than that of girls; secondly, self-control has negative influences on the smoking behavior of middle school students; thirdly, behavioral self-control can predict smoking behavior.
