随着近年来我国高校的扩大招生,越来越多的学生到大学校园进行学习,大量学生的涌入给高校教学管理带来了新的挑战,本文就当前高校教学管理中存在的问题进行分析解读,并提出了高校教学管理改革的发展道路,希望为高校教学管理的完善提供一些帮助。

In recent years, with the expansion of college enrollment of our country, more and more students go to universities to learn, the influx of a large number of students brings new challenges for the teaching management. The paper makes an analysis of the problems in the teaching management of colleges and puts forward the developmental path of teaching man- agement reform of colleges, hoping to provide some assistance for the improvement of university teaching management.
