高职院校就业指导课要结合培养实践性人才的教育宗旨,着眼于毕业生实际择业、就业、创业能力的提升,项目化教学强调学生的参与、着重理论向实践的转化,针对性强,效果好,并且不存在现行就业指导课的弊端,是适宜于就业指导的课程形式。
