摘要
留守儿童是三农问题的一个衍生品,作为中国社会发展出现的新生群体,将会长时间存在。近年来,留守儿童的生存和发展问题已经引起了政府和全社会的普遍关注,留守儿童问题已不仅仅是一个简单的情感缺失或教育缺失问题,而是关系到整个社会长期稳定发展且急需解决的问题。本文从调查的实证数据出发,通过数据分析留守儿童心理存在的问题及其产生的深层原因,力图通过家庭、学校、社会、政府等各方通力配合,建立行之有效的长效机制,保障留守儿童的健康成长。
The left-behind children are the derivative of three rural issues and they will exist for a long time as a new group in the development of Chinese society. In recent years, the growth and development of left-behind children has aroused wide concern of the government and the whole society. The problems of left-behind children are not only a simple situation that lacks of emotion or education but also an issue which is related to the long-time stable development of the whole society, so it needs urgently solving. Starting from the practical data of the investigation, the article attempts to establish a long-term ef- fective mechanism with the joint cooperation of families, schools, society and the government and to ensure left-behind chil- dren's health growth through analyzing the their psychological problems and the underlying reasons.
