摘要
采用燃烧法,通过元素分析仪测定了丁腈橡胶(NBR)中结合丙烯腈含量,考察了试样制备条件及试样质量对测定结果的影响,分析了方法的精密度,并与凯氏定氮法测定结果进行了对比。结果表明,试样制备的适宜抽提时间和干燥时间分别为1.0,2.0 h,试样质量宜为2 mg;该方法的相对标准偏差为0.24%~0.53%,精密度较好;对于结合丙烯腈质量分数为20%~40%的NBR,燃烧法测定结果与凯氏定氮法无显著性差异,稍高于凯氏定氮法,两者差值为1.13%~1.64%,且测定时间缩短至15 min左右。
Abstract: Using combustion method the bound acryloni- trile content in nitrile rubber(NBR) was determined by an el- emental analyzer, preparation conditions and mass of the sample were investigated, precision of the method was ana- lysed, and the comparative experiments were conducted with Kjeldahl method. The results showed that the suitable extrac-tion time and drying time of preparing sample were 1.0 h and 2.0 h respectively, and the mass of sample was 2 mg. Rela-tive standard deviation of combustion method was 0.24% - 0. 53% , implying its precision was high. When mass fraction of bound acrylonitrile in NBR was 20.0%-40.0% , the de-termination results were 1.13% - 1.64% more than those by Kjeldahl method, and determination time was reduced to about 15 min.
