摘要
以二甲基丙烯酸三甘醇酯(TEGDMA)为交联剂、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为共聚单体、过氧化异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,制得TEGDMA/BA改性天然橡胶(NR)复合材料,探讨了改性反应机理,考察了改性反应的影响因素,并研究了改性NR复合材料的耐热空气老化性能、耐油性能和热稳定性。结果表明,在热硫化过程中,发生了交联反应、接枝聚合反应和自聚合反应;当TEGDMA用量为6份、BA用量为5份、DCP用量为0.20份时,改性NR复合材料的物理机械性能最佳,且耐热老化性能及耐油性能较未改性NR硫化胶有所改善,但热稳定性下降。
The natural rubber (NR) was modified with cross mer, triethylene glycol dimethacrylate(TEGDMA) as linking agent, dicumyl pero ification reaction (BA) as comono-tiator, the mod-discussed, the butyl acrylate ( B xide (DCP) as ini mechanism was effect factors were investigated, and the heat aging resistance, oil resistance and heat stability of NR composites were studied. The results showed that crosslinking reaction, grafting polymerization and autopolymerization occurred in heat vulcanization.The mechanical properties of modified NR compos-ites were best when TEGDMA, BA and DCP was 6, 5, O. 20 phr respectively, heat aging resistance and oil resistance of modified NR composites were better than that those of unmodified NR vulcanizates, but heat stability descended.
