摘要
目的探索在彝族地区开展艾滋病大规模流行病学调查的有效方法。方法引进虹膜身份识别技术,在大规模的全民体检中,将虹膜信息与个人基本信息关联,在关键环节通过虹膜技术进行身份识别,杜绝冒名顶替给数据信息带来的混乱。结果现场体检10 104人,全部都采集到虹膜信息,采集时间在10 s内完成,识别可在1 s内完成。现场5名冒名顶替或重复体检者被有效识别,避免了虚假信息给数据库带来的混乱。结论通过虹膜进行身份识别,能有效解决既往彝族地区大规模调查信息混乱的问题,为准确摸清当地疫情,建立居民电子健康档案奠定了基础。
Objective To explore the effective identity identification measures in large scale HIV/AIDS epidemio-logical survey in the Yi nationality area. Methods The iris recognition technology was applied to recognize per-sonal identity information in some key links during baseline survey process. Results Totally 10104 people took the physical examination, all of whose iris information were obtained. It only needs 10 seconds to acquire one person's iris information. All the 5 imposters were recognized and prevented from next step during physical ex-amination. Conclusion Iris recognition system can help solving the problem of confused information in large scale survey of Yi nationality. It lays a foundation for obtaining the accurate epidemic situation and for creating electronic health database.
