艾滋病恐惧症心理干预效果观察

Curative Effect of Psychological Intervention on Patients With AIDS-phobia

目的探讨心理干预治疗恐艾症患者的疗效。方法随机选取自愿咨询检测门诊就诊的136例恐艾症患者,随机分为两组,每组68例。干预组对患者进行心理干预,两组均进行HIV抗体检测,疗程3个月。分别观察两组症状改善,并进行scl-90问卷调查,分析结果。结果干预组65例,对照组63例完成随访,干预组和对照组焦虑症状缓解总有效率分别为32.3%和17.5%,干预组症状改善优于对照组,并且scl-90评分明显低于干预前。结论心理干预治疗有助于恐艾症患者焦虑症状改善。

Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention in patients with AIDS -phobia. Methods Altogether 136 consulting clinic voluntary attenders with AIDS - phobia were divided into two groups, 68 pa-tients in each. HIV antibody test was conducted on both groups, and psychological intervention was carried out on experimental group. The effect of the two groups was investigated with SCL - 90 after 3 months. Results Follow - up was conducted in 65 patients of the intervention group and 63 patients of control group. Total effec-tive rate in the interventional group and the control group was 32. 3% and 17. 5%, respectively. The score of SCL-90 in the interventional group significantly decreased after psychological intervention. Conclusion Psychological intervention is effective for improving the mental symptoms in patients with AIDS-phobia.
