Optimization Research Based on Safety and Reliability of Cold Chain Logistics System

近年来冷链物流安全可靠度评价问题越来越受到社会和学术界的关注,但我国冷链物流行业尚未建立完善的冷链物流安全可靠度评价体系,只注重硬件设施建设而忽视了生鲜品配送安全可靠度的重要性。从确立安全可靠度模型的方法、安全可靠度指标、权重系数、鲁棒性等方面分析了冷链物流安全可靠度评价中存在的问题,并从运用科学方法选取指标、综合打分、客观赋权、信息共享渠道、扩展指标体系等方面提出相应对策建议。

Recently, the problem of safety and reliability of cold chain logistics system attracted more and more social and academic attention, Chinese cold chain logistics industry did not yet established perfect cold chain logistics safety and reliability evaluation system, only paid attention to the construction of hardware facilities and ignored the importance of safety reliability of fresh food distribution. This paper analyzed the problems exist- ed in the cold chain logistics safety and reliability evaluation system on the aspects of establishment of safety reliability model method, safety reliability index, weight coefficient, robustness, etc. This paper gave some recommendations from the aspect of using scientific method to select index, comprehensive grading, objective weight, information sharing, expansion of index system, etc.
