摘要
应用系统分析方法,设计了农业节水技术科普教育推广方案。根据推广主体动力主导的原则,提出农业节水技术科普教育推广的三种模式:农技机构推广服务型、高校院所示范带动型和新兴组织参与促进型,并分析了农业节水科普教育推广的目标任务、内容、主体、重点受众、载体、层次、途径和类型等。以甘肃省民勤县为实例进行了分析,认为节水农业技术的教育推广要与农业增效、农村发展、农民增收有机结合起来。
Applying system analysis method, this paper designed the program of science education promotion of agricultural water - saving technology, and according to the leading principle of promotion power, this paper put forward three modes of science education promotion about agricultural water - saving technology : The type of the promotion service of agricultural institutions, the type of the demonstration led of university institutes, the type of involvement in promoting of emerging organizations. At the same time, this paper analyzed the objectives and tasks, content, subject, focus audience, carrier,levels, pathways, types and so on. For instance Minqin County of Gansu Province, the authors analyzed the above related issues, and thought that the promotion of water - saving agricultural technology education should be combined with the agricultural efficiency, rural development and farmers' income.
