固态发酵马铃薯渣生产能量饲料工艺的研究

Study on the technology conditions of producing energy feeds with potato residues by solid-state fermentation

以马铃薯渣为主要原料,接入饲料种曲进行固态发酵,生产能量饲料。通过测定发酵底物中蛋白质和还原糖的含量,研究了发酵生产马铃薯渣能量饲料的主要工艺参数。

The energy feeds were produced by feed starter with potato residues as main raw material. The main technological parameters were studied by the analysis of the contents of protein and reducing sugar in this paper.
