Analysis of the online periodical copyright mass licensing model SWOT

文章以期刊著作权海量授权模式为研究对象,以互联网的信息报导为研究材料来源,运用SWOT分析方法对直接授权、版权代理、版权要约等三种模式的优势、劣势、机遇和困境进行综合比较,提出版权代理模式解决效果比较好的结论。并对图书馆在知识产权方面的工作进行简要论述。

This paper makes an analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities three authorization models of direct authorization, copyright agent and copyright offer by taking and dilemmas of the periodical copyright mass licensing models as the research object, the reports take Interact as the research material sources, and the SWOT as the analysis method. The writer of this paper holds that the model of copyright agent is a comparatively good. The work concerning the knowledge copyright of the libraries is also briefly discussed in this paper.
