摘要
图书馆对书商服务的质量控制,是图书采访、加工、编目等工作顺利开展的保障。在图书采购招标时应该进行前期调研,制定具有特色的招标书和评分标准;在图书采购招标后图书馆与书商应该建立起一种新型的、切实可行的并具有监督效用的供需服务关系,采取各种措施对书商服务进行质量控制。
The quality control of the bookseller's service to libraries is the guarantee of the books acquisition, processing and cataloguing. In the book bidding, survey research should be done in advance, the specialized bidding paper and the scoring standards should be made. After the book bidding, libraries and book sellers should established a new type of demand-supply relationship, which is practical, and can be supervised, and libraries should take all kinds of measures to control the quality of the bookseller's service.
