绒毛白蜡精油的提取及其成分分析

Extraction of essential oil from Fraxinus velutina and analysis on its components

绒毛白蜡是六星黑点豹蠹蛾的主要寄主,为探究绒毛白蜡中对六星黑点豹蠹蛾具有引诱活性的化学物质,进而为利用绒毛白蜡精油活性物质研制六星黑点豹蠹蛾引诱剂奠定基础,本研究以绒毛白蜡为材料,采取水蒸气蒸馏法提取绒毛白蜡的植物精油,采用GC-MS进行成分分析,共得到25种化合物,其中19种为绒毛白蜡的挥发物成分,占总量的90.82%,这些成分包括烷、酯、酮、醛和酚等5类物质.

Fraxinus velutina is the main host of Zeuzera leuconotum Butle. In order to study the chemical compounds in Frax- inus velutina that can induce Zeuzera leuconotum Butle and then lay foundation for developing attractant for Zeuzera leucono- turn Butle with active component of essential oil from Fraxinus velutina, the essential oil was extracted from Fraxinus velutina using steam distillation method in this study. Component analysis was carried out for the essential oil by using GC-MS. 25 compounds were found, and 19 of them were considered to be components of volatiles of Fraxinus velutina, which account for 90.82%, and consist of alkyl, ester, ketone, aldehyde and phenol.
