中西医结合治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎90例

90 Cases of Plasma Cell Mastitis Treated by Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine

目的比较中医药、乳管镜介入以及两者联合治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法 90例患者按1∶1∶1完全随机化分为3组,A组30例,中药治疗;B组30例,乳管镜介入治疗,C组,30例,中药联合乳管镜介入治疗。结果联合治疗组临床治愈率为70.0%,分别与中药组和乳管镜介入治疗组比较,P<0.05;联合治疗组有效率为86.7%,与其他2组分别比较,P<0.05;联合治疗组平均疗程(4.95±2.16)周,与其他2组比较,P<0.05。结论中药联合乳管镜介入的中西医结合方法治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎临床治愈率高,疗程短,是浆细胞性乳腺炎的有效治疗方法。

OBJECTIVE To compare the clinical effect of Chinese herbs, Fibroptic Ductoscopy and combination of both in the treatment of Plasma Cell Mastitis. METHOD 90 cases were equally grouped into A group treated with Chinese herbs, B group treated with Fibroptic Ductoscopy and C group treated with Chinese herbs plus Fibroptic Ductoscopy. RESULTS The curative rate of C group was 70.0% （P〈0.05）, which was superior to the other two groups. The effective rate of C group was also better than A and B group, reaching 86.7% （P〈0.05）. Average course of the treatment group was （4.95 ± 2.16） weeks, significantly shorter than the other two groups. CONCLUSION Chinese herbs plus Fibroptic Ductoscopy or combina- tion of Chinese and western medicine, which has higher curative rate as well as shorter course of treatment, is an effective treatment for Plasma Cell Mastitis.
