摘要
奥巴马政府逐步展开与实施"亚太再平衡"战略,不仅给中国带来了诸多挑战,而且给中美关系的发展增加了新的不确定性。尽管如此,从战略意愿与战略能力两个关键变量来分析,在可预见的未来,中美战略对抗的可能性不大。中国需积极思考和制定中国的外交方略。
The rebalancing strategy pursued by the Obama administration towards the Asian-Pacific region has not only brought about variouschallenges to China,but also added new uncertainties to the development of China-US relations.However,viewing from the two key perspectives of strategic will and strategic capability,it is not likely that China and the US will engage in strategic confrontation in the near future.China needs to reflect positively and formulate her diplomatic strategy.
