China's 'Towards West' strategy is relevant to certain background and causes,which involves various aspects including diplomacy,economy,civilization and international justice.Such a strategy is related not only to the prolonging of China's strategic opportunity,her future development and southsouth cooperation,but also to whether or not the whole world will be well balanced and develop smoothly.It should be an important link to China's policy of opening to the outside world.
