48例病毒性脑炎的临床和辅助检查分析

Analysis on Clinical Manifestation and Auxiliary Examinations of Viral Encephalitis:Report of 48 Cases

目的:探讨病毒性脑炎临床症状及辅助检查特点,为诊断及治疗提供临床依据。方法:回顾分析6年来收治的48例病毒性脑炎患者的临床表现、脑脊液生化、常规、及细胞学检查、脑电图、MRI等资料。结果:临床表现以发热、头痛、精神症状、呕吐为主。脑电图异常率86.7%、脑脊液异常率75%,磁共振成像异常率40%。结论:资料显示病毒性脑炎的临床表现具有某些特征性,EEG、CSF、MRI辅助检查对诊断具有重要意义,尤其是脑电图检查。

Objective： To explore the clinical symptoms and the auxiliary examination of viral encephalitis, providing clinical evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of viral encephalitis. Methods： A clinical data of forty-eight patients with viral encephalitis in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The major clinical manifestations included fever, headache, psychiatric symptoms and vomiting. Auxiliary examination revealed Electroencephalogram （EEG） abnormality rate of 86.7%, cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） abnormality rate of 75% and 40% of the abnormal rate of magnetic resonance imaging （MRI）. Conclusion： The data showed that the clinical manifestations of viral encephalitis were special. Auxiliary examination of EEG, also CSF, MRI were with great significance in the diagnosis of viral encephalitis.
